Mat Classes

This dynamic mat class delivers a full-body workout using small equipment to amplify intensity and challenge. With a focus on deep muscular engagement and mindful movement, each session is designed to strengthen, lengthen, and connect. Limited to just 10 mats, the intimate setting allows for a personalised approach, ensuring every participant receives attention and support tailored to their needs. Expect to leave feeling stronger, more aligned, and deeply recharged.

Reformer Classes

A dynamic semi-private session using our Reformers to sculpt, tone, and energise the entire body. With the added challenge of resistance and small equipment, each class layers intensity to build strength, improve control, and refine movement patterns. The small group setting with 3 reformers allows for focused guidance, helping you move with precision and power. Expect a strong burn, deep activation, and enhanced body awareness.

A private or duo class in either our Reformer or Mat studio, designed to give you personalized attention and customized programming. These sessions are tailored to your specific needs, goals, and experience level—whether you’re looking to build strength, recover from injury, or refine technique. With focused guidance and individualised adjustments, you’ll move with confidence and get the most out of every exercise.
