  • This beginner-friendly mat class introduces you to the essential foundations of Pilates movement and the mind–body connection. The intimate class setting allows for personalized guidance, ensuring every participant receives the support they need. Designed to be safe and encouraging, this class helps you develop confidence while establishing a strong foundation for your ongoing practice.

  • A prenatal safe mat class designed to support and strengthen your body during pregnancy. With a focus on core stability, posture, and mindful movement, this class helps you stay connected, build resilience, and prepare for the changes ahead in a safe, supportive environment.

  • A mat class designed to strengthen, connect, and rebuild your body postpartum. With a gentle yet effective approach, this class focuses on core stability, pelvic floor health, and restoring functional strength. 

    Clients must receive clearance from a Health Care Professional before commencing group classes.

Limited to just 10 mats, the intimate setting allows for a personalised approach, ensuring every participant receives attention and support tailored to their needs. Expect to leave feeling stronger, more aligned, and deeply recharged.

Reformer Classes

A dynamic semi-private session using our Reformers to sculpt, tone, and energise the entire body. With the added challenge of resistance and small equipment, each class layers intensity to build strength, improve control, and refine movement patterns. The small group setting with 3 reformers allows for focused guidance, helping you move with precision and power. Expect a strong burn, deep activation, and enhanced body awareness.

In a small group setting, you’ll receive safe, focused guidance that supports proper alignment and mindful movement. This supportive environment empowers you to move with precision and control while laying a strong foundation for your Pilates journey.
